Postage Charges

Please note that a flat one off handling fee of £2.95 is applied to orders regardless of quantity.  This simplifies postage and gives a better deal to our customers.

Electrical and very large items have postage prices listed separately and individually, please refer to product's information page.  The £2.95 handling fee also applies.

Refunds/Returns

At HairMonster we accept goods back on basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of placing your order with us. Most of our items will have a seal on them and if this seal is broken in any way it will not be accepted by our returns department.

On receipt of the goods we will refund you or exchange your item if requested. Please include a brief note explaining why you are returning the item and include your name and order number.
